Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window:

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Post-Approval Return Process

  1. You’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions via email upon approval.

  2. Securely repackage the item using all original packaging materials.

  3. Drop off at the specified carrier location (details in approval email).

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds issued within 10 business days after we inspect the returned item.

  • Allow 2-3 business days for funds to reflect in your account (depends on your bank).


Core Policy Details

Damaged/Defective Items or Wrong Shipments:

➤ Contact us with photo/video evidence within 48 hours of delivery.

➤ We’ll provide a return label and process full refund upon verification.

Exchanges:

➤ Return the original item first.

➤ Once return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

EU Customers’ Special Rights:

➤ You may cancel orders for any reason within 14 days under the EU cooling-off period.

➤ Standard return conditions (unused, original packaging) still apply.

Refund Delays:

➤ If refund doesn’t reflect in 10 business days after approval confirmation,

⚠️ ALWAYS obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping.

⚠️ Packages without RMA# will be rejected by our warehouse.
